How do I get started?

What is the meet & greet and is it really free?

Yes, always free! Before any care begins, we come to your home to meet you and your pets, review their routine, and answer any questions. It's a no-pressure visit so everyone can get comfortable before committing to anything.

What areas do you serve?

We serve North Austin (including Domain and Avery Ranch), Pflugerville, and Round Rock, TX. Not sure if we cover your neighborhood? Reach out and we'll let you know.

Question 4

What's the difference between the 20- and 40-minute visits?

Accepted Answer

Both visits include feeding, fresh water, litter or cage care, and playtime. The 40-minute visit gives us more time for enrichment, cuddles, and extra attention — ideal for social pets or those with more involved care needs.

Do the visit rates apply to all pets?

Yes — the 20-minute ($23) and 40-minute ($43) visit rates apply to both cats and small pets.

What if I have more than 3 pets?

No problem! We charge a small $5 fee per additional pet beyond the first three, per visit. This helps us make sure every pet gets the attention they deserve.

Are there any other fees I should know about?

For current clients who need us to make a dedicated visit to pick up a key or go over new home or pet care instructions outside of a scheduled sitting visit, there is a $20 fee.

What types of pets do you care for?

We care for cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, and other small pets. If you're unsure whether we can help with your specific pet, just ask!

Will my pets stay in their own home?

Absolutely — that's the whole point! We always come to your pets. No kennels, no transport, no unfamiliar environments. Your pets stay in the place they know and love.
